Service and merchant

The service is provided by 梓人AI, whose English brand is ZirenAI, at aimodel.design. We provide a desktop client and related AI services for assisting modelling work. Public client downloads are not open yet; available features and system requirements will be stated in the release information.

Accounts and use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and take responsibility for actions in your account. Back up important projects and review AI operations and results. AI output can be inaccurate and does not replace professional judgement.

Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid usage units solely for consuming AI services provided by 梓人AI (ZirenAI). They have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase third-party goods or services.

The one-time packs are Starter: 5,000 points for CNY 35; Creative: 20,000 points for CNY 129; and Project: 50,000 points for CNY 299. There is no automatic monthly renewal. Actual usage varies with the model, input, context and output, rather than a fixed number of modelling tasks. Undoing modelling operations does not automatically reverse model usage already settled.

Credits are added to the paying account after successful payment and fulfilment. If the balance is negative, a top-up repays that amount first. Payment methods are those actually shown at checkout.

Refunds, cancellation and disputes

Point purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Duplicate charges or a failure by us to fulfil an order will be handled according to the facts. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights.

One-time packs have no recurring renewal to cancel. You may leave checkout before submitting payment. For an order, refund or dispute, contact [email protected] with the order reference and details of the issue. Do not email full card details.

Acceptable use

Only submit projects, images and other material you have the right to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, impersonation, pornography or child sexual exploitation. Do not bypass safety restrictions, misuse accounts or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted where abuse is suspected.

Availability and changes

AI services depend on networks and model providers and may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents or provider changes. Material service or terms updates will be published on this website; they do not retrospectively cancel existing orders or statutory rights.
